The Gettou Balance Lotion from Ruhaku is a lightweight toning lotion worn throughout the day to rejuvenate and soften skin while stabilizing problem areas. The combination of polyphenol-rich gettou (shell ginger) essence and moisturizing umibudo (sea grapes) naturally protects and heals dry or sensitive skin.

Key Ingredients

Organic gettou (Alpinia zerumbet) extract
A relative of ginger revered for its attractive flowers and exceptional antioxidant properties, gettou has been used in Okinawa for centuries in both cuisine and traditional medicine. The gettou extracts in this lotion are from organically cultivated plants grown on Hamahiga Island.

Umibudo (Caulerpa lentillifera)
A type of seaweed high in minerals, polyphenols, and amino acids; commonly referred to as "sea grapes"

Okinawan seawater (nigari)
Said to be easily absorbed by the body due to a similar fluid and mineral balance
