We accept payments through all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay, and Sowaka online credit.
Right now, we ship within the United States only. If you're outside the US, email info@sowakanyc.com and we'll let you know about availability and rates.
Orders are processed in 2 to 5 business days, then shipped economy, which typically arrives in 5 to 8 business days. Shipping is free on all US orders over $65.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email.
You can return new or gently used items within 30 days of domestic purchase for a full refund to your original payment method, using our free prepaid return label. Returns made 31 to 60 days after purchase are eligible for online store credit instead. We're unable to accept returns after 60 days.
Most products can be returned, but gift cards, select kits, and certain intimate-care items are final sale. International orders aren't eligible for return or refund.
